We’ll have to define a minimal set of rules that will allow people to collaborate using the New PR wiki.
- What kind of projects do we want to host?
- Who's taking decisions, and how?
- Who’s responsible for the content posted on the wiki?
- Who has the copyright for what’s posted on the wiki?
- Who are "we"? Are we defining ourselves as a group in a "strong" way – with a mission, strict rules, etc., or as a loosely coupled network of people who are using this platform to explore and advance their ideas?
- Are there any requisites for being a part of this group?
